Terms & conditions: "Website in One Week"

§1 Basic information

  1. The provider of the service “Website in One Week” or “Website in One Week + Mini Brand” is Tomasz Pikus, running a business under the name Pikus.IT, Kantatgatan 70 lgh 1801, 215 70 Malmö Sweden, org. nr. 931123-0255, VAT-EU: SE931123025501.

§2 Placing order

  1. The Buyer purchases the Service on the Website by placing an Order according to general Terms and Conditions.
  2. If “Website in One Week” or “Website in One Week” Service was added to cart while placing an order, the Buyer must accept “Website in One Week – Terms and Conditions” available on the current page.

§3 Website in One Week

  1. Service Overview
    1. Kick-off Call: A 30-minute kick-off call will be scheduled to discuss your priorities and game plan for the website.
    2. Website Deliverables: The service includes the customization of a chosen template, delivering a 5-page website (including a blog and homepage).
    3. Tech Integrations: We will integrate your website with forms and a calendar service to generate leads. Analytics tools such as Google and Meta Pixel will be employed to track conversion rates.
    4. SEO Optimization: Your website will be adjusted for SEO and optimized for speed to enhance its search engine ranking.
    5. Graphics and Icons: If needed, we can license graphics, icons, or fonts from our library to support your website’s visual elements.
    6. Aftercare Support: One week of aftercare support is included, during which we will address your queries and assist in navigating your website’s options.
    7. Training Tutorials: We will provide tutorials on how to edit content on your website.
  2. Client Responsibilities:
    1. Content Submission: The client must provide all necessary content, including photos, text, illustrations, logo, and other branding elements, through the dedicated “Client Panel.” This content should be submitted no later than 7 days before the scheduled start of work.
    2. Daily Refinements: The client should provide refinements to delivered subpages after each day of the provider’s work. One revision round is allowed after each day, except for the last day, which focuses on integrations and training. Additional refinements may necessitate scheduling an additional design day or half-day.
    3. Responsiveness: The client must be able to respond to messages via email or the Client Panel during working hours (10-17 of the client’s timezone).
    4. Meetings: If necessary, the client must be available for a Google Meet call to discuss any doubts or concerns.
  3. Working Week:
    1. Duration: The working week consists of 7 consecutive working days, excluding weekends. Working hours are from 10-17 of the client’s timezone. The last day is not a design day; it involves connecting integrations and providing a short training session on using the website.

§4 Website in One Week + Mini Brand

  1. Service Overview

    2. Website Deliverables: The service includes the customization of a chosen template, delivering a 5-page website (including a blog and homepage), along with a mini brand.
    3. Mini Brand Components: During the service, one logo variation (chosen from our template library), color scheme, and typography will be created to enhance your brand identity.
    4. Tech Integrations: We will integrate your website with forms and a calendar service to generate leads. Analytics tools such as Google and Meta Pixel will be employed to track conversion rates.
    5. SEO Optimization: Your website will be adjusted for SEO and optimized for speed to enhance its search engine ranking.
    6. Graphics and Icons: If needed, we can license additional graphics, icons, or fonts from our library to support your website’s visual elements.
    7. Aftercare Support: One week of aftercare support is included, during which we will address your queries and assist in navigating your website’s options.
    8. Training Tutorials: We will provide tutorials on how to edit content on your website and effectively utilize your mini brand.
  2. Client Responsibilities:
    1. Content Submission: The client is not required to provide branding elements. All other necessary content, including photos, text, and illustrations, must be submitted through the dedicated “Client Panel” no later than 7 days before the scheduled start of work.
    2. Daily Refinements: The client should provide refinements to delivered subpages after each day of the provider’s work. One revision round is allowed after each day, except for the last day, which focuses on integrations and training. Additional refinements may necessitate scheduling an additional design day or half-day.

§5 Payment methods and refunds

  1. The service fee for the “Website in One Week + Mini Brand” is a fixed amount, as outlined on the service page. In addition, clients have the option to schedule additional design half-days (€500) or full-days (€750) if they wish to further develop their website vision.
  2. Payment can be made in full at the amount specified on the service page or in 2 or 3 installments. Opting for installment payments incurs a 20% increase in the initial price. The default payment plan assumes payments every 30 days, with the final payment due no later than the day before the last day of the service. Failure to make the last payment may result in the incomplete delivery of services.
  3. The price shown in the store is for booking time to provide the service and is non-refundable. Clients are allowed to reschedule the start date once, provided it is done no later than 7 days before the initially scheduled starting date. Starting dates occur on the first and third Monday of each month according to the available schedule. During rescheduling, clients may choose an available starting date that suits their preferences.
  4. Any additional design half-days or full-days scheduled by the client are subject to the specified fees and are not included in the initial service fee.
  5. The service fee is non-refundable, given that it represents the booking of time for providing the service. Clients are encouraged to carefully consider their commitment before making a purchase.
  6. As the scope of work may not be changed during the working week, there are no additional costs beyond the agreed-upon service fee.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on November 25, 2023.
