AYes – in general with us you don’t need to worry about hiring any other company or freelancer. We take care of everything – starting with your brand’s visual identity and website, ending with marketing in all online channels (search engines, social media) and everyday support of your needs. This way, you can stay busy with things you’re the best at.
AWrite us a message on e-mail or using contact form on our website. Describe briefly your business and your needs – don’t worry if you don’t know which service would be most useful for you. We’re here to give you an advice. As soon as we get to know your brand and ideas, we can offer our services and provide detailed pricing.
AOf course – every client gets VAT invoice from us. If you’re from outside Sweden and have VAT-EU number, your invoices would not include VAT (reverse charge). in any other case, VAT rate for our services is 25%.
AYes – before we start any project we ask you to sign terms and conditions of particular service along with project specification. We do this online, through PandaDoc website.
AThis depends on the type of service. One-time services are settled in two parts – 50% of deposit before starting the project and 50% after 30 days or finishing the project, depends on what happens first (or according to timeline and/or terms and conditions that you sign before we start our work). Services provided monthly are settled every month in advance and payment must be made latest the day before starting new billing period. If first billing period starts in the middle of the month, first invoice covers time to the end of the month and full next month.
AEach invoice contains bank account number (IBAN for payments from outside Sweden and bankgiro for payments within Sweden). There is no option to pay for our services in cash.
AAfter we discuss your needs and agree for specific type of service, we prepare for you all the documents – terms and conditions, project specification and first invoice that must be paid before we start working on a project. The rest of our cooperation depends on the type of service.
ASince starting our company we work 100% remotely with some exceptions for photo and video shooting. From time to time we meet on Google Meet and discuss changes and revisions that must be included into our project.

Websites & Online stores questions
AYes – you are the owner of every outsourced service, for example web hosting. We only give you piece of advice which provider you should choose for your needs and help with purchasing the service.

AOf course! One of the most important thing for us is your independence so we do everything we can to make sure that if you ever hire us again to make any content changes on your website it would be only because you don’t have time on your own. After we complete each project, we meet with our clients to train them in using website system and how to edit any text or media.
AThis depends – as agency we own agency license for many popular plugins and templates. In that case, they’re included in the price. If you need more specific solutions, you’ll know what you need to buy and how much does it cost because we are going to list those licenses in our agreement before we sign it.
AMost updates are usually done automatically but once every two or three months we recommend to make sure all the plugins are up to date. You can do it by yourself or purchase additional hours of IT-support (35€/begun hour) and leave it to us.
ASure! If you feel you need help with updating content on your website, making updates of themes and plugins or just have someone nearby to react if something happens with your website, you can purchase additional IT-support (35€/begun hour). The more hours you buy, the cheaper single hour will be! Ask for discounts!
AEvery project is different so we can’t tell exactly how long does it always take. Usually completing a website 4-8 weeks. Specific timeline for your project you will get before we start our work (with the possibility of changes in situations that are not dependent on us, for example when delay in delivery of source material is delayed).

Graphic design questions
AInitially every project contains 3 rounds on revisions to motivate you to gain all your notes and informations at one time. If you have more comments and revisions after 3 rounds, additional rounds of revisions cost 35€ / begun hour.
AWe always provide a few initial options and usually one or two of them are accurate enough to continue working with them. However, if it happens that you’re not satisfied with initial graphics, we can use one round of revisions to connect ideas from multiple initial projects or prepare completely new ideas.
AFor all graphic designs we create you get unlimited use license. That means you can use your projects privately and commercially, online or outdoor without any restrictions. Important! Files you get form us are closed files – this means you can’t make any changes by yourself. It is only possible to use graphics in a shape and firm that we delivered. Do you need open files? Ask for open license.
AThat depends on kind of project but usually it is .pdf for brandbooks and any printing projects and .ai, .png, .jpeg for logos and icons. Those are closed files – that means you can use them in shape and form we provided but can’t make any changes. There is option to purchase open files license – ask for it if you feel you may need it.

Social Media & Ads questions
AThis depends on the option you chose. The best advertising results are reached byactive profiles with regular publications so if you feel you can take care on it by yourself, we can only be responsible for ads. In other case, we recommend you to choose package with both content creation and social media advertising.
AYou are the owner of all social profiles we take care on. We are only agency connected to your business profile on Facebook or any other social media platform. At whole time you are able to disconnect us from the role, have access to your company’s assets and funds.
AThis depends on a platform but usually it takes only few minutes to connect our agency profile to your business manager account and give us permissions to run your profile and ads. You can disconnect us at any time as well as have a look into our actions on the account.
AWe are able to help with your profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIN and Pinterest.
AYour monthly fee depends mostly on how many ads and posts we are supposed to publish and run on your profile. Basic options are listed on our website, other plans are available after contacting us via e-mail or contact form on our website.
ASocial Media are very specific and results never come the next day so it is important our cooperation last minimum time of 3 moths so you can see great results and decide that you want to continue working with us.
AEffects may be different for different goals and may vary depending on many variables – price of your service/product, audience, activity on your social profile and budget. We work together to optimize those things and get the best possible results.
Faq
Photo & Video questions
ASure! Most of the time more pictures from one photo shoot are taken so if you like more than the amount you ordered initially, you can buy more photos in the price of 150 SEK each.
AThis depends on your or your products location. We can make photos from home – in this case you need to send us products and pay for the return. It is also possible for us to arrange photo session at your place or rented studio. In that case you need to pay for a studio and our transportation (if you are located in more than 35km range of Malmö, Sweden).
AThere are no borders – we can get to the end of the world if needed. The only thing that can stop us is your budget – any transportation in range of more than 35km from Malmö, Sweden must be covered by the ordering party.
ADepending on type of project and later usage of photos and videos, we use different gear. We work with iPhone 12 PRO, iPhone 12 PRO Max with mobile photos and videos. For more advanced needs we use Nikon ZFC with lenses 50 mm 1.2, 28 mm 2.8 and drone DJI Mavic II PRO that we own or other equipment that we rent for specific jobs.
